A Lower Body Training Program : a four stage, 8 part article series that provides an extensive lower body workout.  The workout is based on 2 lower body workouts per week or cycle, and is aimed at those wanting to increase size and strength (in that order) in their lower body.  The workout series is titled the 'Limping' Series, and can be found between issues No. 70 and 82.  This workout can be combined with the upper body workout described below.

An Upper Body Training Program : a four stage, 4 part article series that provides an extensive upper body workout.  The workout is based on 2 upper body workouts per week or cycle, and is aimed at those wanting to increase size and strength (in that order) in their upper body.  The workout series is titled the '12 Weeks to Super Strength - Chest and Back' Series, and can be found between issues No. 91 and 98.  This workout can be combined with the lower body workout described above.

An Arms Specialization Training Program : a four stage, 4 part article series that provides an extensive arm specialization workout.  The workout is based on 2 arm body workouts per week or cycle, and is aimed at those wanting to increase size and strength (in that order) in their arms.  The workout series is titled the 'Great Guns' Series, and can be found between issues No. 107 and 115.  This workout should not be mixed with the above two programs.  Rather, the remainder of the body needs to be trained in a low volume, maintenance manner.

An More Advanced Lower  Body Training Program : a four stage, 4 part article series that provides a more advanced lower body workout.  The workout is based on 2 lower body workouts per week or cycle, and is aimed at those wanting to increase size and strength (in that order) in their lower body.  The workout series is titled the 'Bring the Pain' Series, and can be found starting in issue No. 139.  This workout can be combined with the more advanced upper body workout to follow.
